We had voles living in our front yard that had begun causing a fair amount of damage , plus we live in an area where rattlesnakes are prolific, and I was afraid it would start attracting them. So a resorted to poisonous bait, thinking that was the only option. I already felt guilty about using it, but then I saw a baby vole, which was adorable, and I just couldn’t bring myself to poison them anymore. So I researched humane methods, found that castor oil was repugnant to them, and came across this product. I have never had anything like this be successful for other infestation, other rodents and pests, so I did not have high hopes for this at all, but since it was not harmful to any animals I figured it was worth a shot. I planned on applying it in phases working my way out from our house, to my surprise the voles were gone after a single application! That was about 2 months ago and they have not returned!
